Coffee Jelly in a Nescafe Exella plastic bottle

I made coffee jelly using bottled coffee. It's a soft jelly, so you can pour it directly from the bottle into a bowl and enjoy it as a dessert. You can also mix it with milk to make a jelly-filled cafe latte, perfect for the hot summer. I'll have to put a note on the fridge so my family doesn't get surprised when they try to drink it thinking it's bottled coffee!
Recipe (For one 900ml plastic bottle of coffee)
Ingredients:
900 ml coffee (room temperature)
10 g powdered gelatin
How to make
1.Put about 100ml of bottled coffee (room temperature) into a heat-resistant container, sprinkle in 10g of powdered gelatin and let it soak.
2.Heat in the microwave for about 30 seconds to dissolve the powdered gelatin.
3.Gradually add about 200ml of the remaining coffee, stirring constantly.
4.Pour (3) back into the bottle, put the lid on and mix gently.
5.Refrigerate (4) overnight.
6.Done.
Pour the coffee jelly from the PET bottle into a glass. You can enjoy it as it is, but I recommend adding milk and enjoying it with a tapioca straw as a jelly-in café au lait. If you use ice frozen with milk, you can enjoy a cold café au lait without diluting it.You can sweeten it with gum syrup if you like.
