the BJJ students in my school don't want to learn Judo as they are afraid of being thrown, even one of the black belts. I am unsuccessfully trying to promote Judo and just can't seem to break through that glass door. We need a great marketing campaign

@jsherrier1196 Bullseye! 1) Judo IS a combat art with inherent risks. 2) We need MAJOR corporate sponsors that see money to be made in the Art of Judo. How? We need some money making winners. We need some Media attention. MARKETING. I'm no good at that.

100%. I used to do judo during my elementary days. Started bjj in 2010 and do judo throws all the time. I don’t do guard pulls esp in competitions. It’s either to do the throw, mess a throw or being thrown
