Main coffee beans have two kinds and that's Robusta and Arabica. What most people use is Arabica because it's less bitter and have more profile. That said, Robusta as its name suggests, is robust so its thicker in taste, more bitter and way more nutty in flavor. What my old workplace did is take 2 portions of arabica and one portion of Robusta and dump each portion into each chamber of the blender which can auto sort and divide the portion then blend it together and put it into the strainer. This makes the coffee slightly stronger in taste but not too bitter of the single strand Robusta but still offers the flowery aromatic smell of the Arabica and the slight nutty taste of the Robusta still.

you should drink warm water to rinse away thee flavour of the first coffee only you got for the second one

ipoh white coffee is different because of the the way it’s roasted and not the way it’s served like the westerns call them; lighter in colour compared to the traditionally hainanese roasting method; chinese community in ipoh like to call darker colour thing black and lighter colour thing white, like we call dark soy sauce ‘black oil’ and light soy sauce ‘white oil’; one can order it in kopi o kosong to taste the actual aroma of white coffee; and please don’t equate ipoh white coffee to instant coffee 🤦♂️
