I finished it today, it’s delicious! Tomorrow will be the second fermentation of the banana wine ( the transfer after 7 days)

What if use 2 or 3 cups of espresso, or 2 cups of cafe-americano instead of using instant coffee? And what if use vodka instead of rum)?

Yes it will be good. Instead of water use 250 ml of café americano, the vodka will be perfect. When you taste it let us know 👍

Hello. I spoke to you before and promised I would make you this coffee liquor with mocka coffee and strong grappa. Can you please tell me the alcohol % of the final product? I calculated if the rum is 40% then the coffee liquor will be about 22%. If it is 45% then the coffee liquor will be 25%. I want to make sure that my coffee liquor has the same strength. I'll post to your Facebook page when done as I don't have Instagram. Grazie sei molto gentile!

What ratio of alcohol to syrup would you recommend if I'm using 95% alcohol instead of rum? Should I double the quantities for making the syrup?

Yes 👍 you should double all the ingredients but not the alcohol 😉

@@erics3710 he put a link to his friend's video a while back to work out the alcohol %. What I do is I work out what strength he makes his recipe and adjust. Here in Australia we can't get 96% alcohol so I use grappa that's between 70 to 90 and adjust his recipes accordingly to get the alcohol % from his recipe.

@@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato I'm not on Instagram but I'll post something on Facebook. I made your chocolate recipe and I had 80% grappa. I worked out your recipe produces 17% product. Using some simple algebra I worked out to use 220ml of alcohol instead of 180ml. You can adjust anything in the recipe so long as you balance it up. I find it's easier to adjust the alcohol. Also I'm going to try your coffee liquor but instead of the water I'm going to use espresso coffee (moka). Not sure if this will be too much coffee but I'll test it.
