@@tarelathegoddess9388 bght from Lazada or Shopee. Sorry, don't know the name of the pan. Managed to find the seller in my records. The seller name is lefueletronic (Lazada). Stated as Cylinder shaped toasted box. Hope this helps.

Can you knead using a stand mixer, like KitchenAid? If so, what setting and for how long?

I'm sure you can. I usually use my kitchen aid to make bread at speed 2. That's what kitchen aid recommended to use to knead bread dough. Start with 10 minutes and see what your dough looks like. You may need to add more time, depending on the model and power your mixer has. Mine is not very powerful, sometimes it could take 20 minutes.
