It would be very interesting to see a video of you doing a single batch (start to finish) and talking through the entire process and what's going-on. Also, I've heard a lot about green density and water content, but how do you measure and monitor those to variables?

What is interesting in roasting different lots, is the difference in resistance or absortion of thermal energy at different stages of the process and you have to adapt to each lot on how to control the roast. I guess is the bean structure and process, without having any final conclusion which specific data of each coffee determines reactions of the beans at every stage. Maybe a couple.... :p

climate controlled room (temperature). Humidity isn't much of an issue here in Scandinavia.
