Great video and your personalities blend well. Monty, you are such a sweet man and thank you for not putting all western women into the same mold. There are so many of us who are quite nice :). Jim, you are sharp and a great business man and I think what others might find stressful, keeps you alert, active and very much in tune and true to yourself. Looking forward to your renovations, the good, the bad, and the ugly and watching you handle every aspect with true professionalism. Politics, count me in. I love the drama and just in case you were curious, I am a Republican and think DeSantis will be the next President of this great country. See you on the next one.
@crewfamilyphilippines Жыл бұрын
You’re correct there are good and bad people in every country and every culture. Don’t tell anyone but I’m republican. I lived in Central Florida for 43 years and I love Ron DeSantis also. He’s a great man and a great leader. I have much respect for him and how he’s taken care of his wife and children while she was struggling with cancer ♋️ I also feel that he would make a great president. Since I was forced to retire after my stroke and moved here permanently I decided that I had to cut back on my political activities because it makes me stress out and gives me high blood pressure. 😂

Another nice relaxing video. Casual presentation that I like. Agree with your views on all of it. I live alone in the mountains on 17 acres because I can't stand all the drama and stress that others always seem to have and to inject into my life. I try not to get mad, worry about things I can't change or are not worth the effort to change. I really look forward to seeing if it will be a fit for me there. Keep up the great videos.

Thank you for answering my question, lots of food for thought on the buying versus renting. Sounds like Jim got a great location for his house, certainly an investment. I love these questions and answers! Next question: Jim, what about the contractors you're using in the Philippines for your house? Are they recommended to you or did you chose them yourself? How are you finding them? Do you pay by the hour or project? Thanks both if you!

I suggest that whenever you feel like you are going to have a bad stomach after eating, drink some yakult or any lactobacillus capsules. It will prevent you from being sick. Or if you want to eat outside and try new food. You might nedf to take one before coming out.

Thanks for answering my question. The big difference I notice with American women is their attitude and aggressiveness towards men. It kind of makes the average guy look elsewhere for companionship. You guys take care.

I have owned (my wife owned) an upmarket house here for 8 years and we rented after then. The one big advantage with renting is there are so many stories of couples getting bad neighbors with noise and other aggravations ..so you can easily move if you rent...not easy if you own

I agree with that Mike

I had a great experience in dumaguette last month..its true the people are very good...they say hi hellos foreign or not same treatment so far....they are very approachable and helpful...im just from the other city in philippines, but i never felt ignore or treated diff from a foreign..usually in my experience when i visit other parts of my own country they treat the foreigns way more better than the local guess that doea not dress richy🤣🤣specially if im on my own totally just ignored haha but in dumaguette a simple hi hello or how are you was an amazing feeling...🤣and some days i end up just having a conversation to a fellow local strangers 🤣was fun..now im trying to convince my mom to move there 😅 way better than dipolog...( This is just my experience)

I’m glad that you enjoyed it over here. You live far away. If you could talk your mother into moving here that would be awesome for you. It’s true if you have a problem or emergency here people will come to help you 😊
@ivorpadula8188 Жыл бұрын
The public schools here suck. Always many days off with no class. If the teacher is sick, there is no substitute teacher to fill in. There is no one on one help in these schools. You come to class and are pretty much on your own. Their curriculum is poor. I myself, plan to send my 3 year old who was born here to a private school. As far as English lessons are concerned I am disappointed with what they are teaching my 9 year old. I have had to correct her lessons multiple times. Now, this might not be the case everywhere, but here in Metron Manila, Quezon City, it's horrible.

Thank you for not putting the American women down as a whole. And I also want to remind people there is always two sides to every relationship and I can only imagine what your ex-wives version are. As far as schooling in the U.S, it's very dangerous letting these out-of-control teachers have control of your kids' minds. In my humble opinion, it's better to homeschool your kids while the Democrats are in control. America is going thru a spiritual revolution, good against evil and God will win out and America will be greater than you can ever imagine. It's all playing out right in front of your eyes and this is why I stay in the U.S to be part of the fight. As the great General Patton once said, your grandchildren will ask you what you did grandpa when America was falling apart from all the evil. I will be able to look my kids in the eyes and say, I was at all the protest fighting for the Constitution and the future of the kids. The others will be able to say, I moved to the Philippines, married a girl half my age and started up a KZbin channel bitching and moaning how bad the U.S is. Go to you tube and type in .. THE GREAT BLACK ROBE REGIMENT and just maybe you will stop bitching about America

@RobertMcGuckin-ws6pe Жыл бұрын
You sound naive and its going to take a lot more than participating in a protest to save the United States of America. Also, there is absolutely no comparison with Filipinas and American women. Filipinas win 100% of the time! In regards to the schools in the US, I agree, the educational system is horrible because of the indoctrination and the Democrats that ruined it.
