We use those in the Summer time at training for the Search and Rescue dogs so they do not get overheated, we have to run them off several 5 gallon buckets of water though we bring.

M&M are loving their new digs! Jason, the plantings you've done around your home, the zinnias, purple basil, drift roses. Here Ohio we are experiencing very similar weird weather but last night it got so chilly I decided to cover a couple of my plants. I had to cover my cucumbers and peppers. It looks like it's going to be like that again tonight. We had warm then chili and then went back to overly hot and now back to chili. It's really stressing my plants out and I have to keep up on them more than usual. I'm also not seeing as many bees. I'm definitely not seeing the usual amount of critters I normally see flying around my garden. Some things are blooming early and some things are a bit. I hope that all my work isn't for not. I've absolutely never seen some of my plants so stunted. The days of massive cloud cover which we've had with no rain has not been very good for my plants. Personally I feel less for my plants than I do for the crops.

Yes, so many homeless…and its getting harder for them to live, with no help in many situations. If we have a home and family, we are truly blessed and should reach out and try to help those that dont. Many cant help themselves and didn’t do anything wrong to be in their situations.

I saw a video and I’m sure you know this already. Chickens cool off through their feet…standing in water. This particular video put ice in a shallow pool then added some flat stones. I was shocked…they loved it!!

Sneed farm has a baby mini cow that will need a home once she is old enough. Been told Aunt Just don't want to be a bother by asking you if you want her so you might want to get a hold of her if your really want more cows. She is gentle and loving.

Have a look at journey to the château, while you aren't in France who says you can't create a little bit of France at the farm. They started with an overgrown mess and are creating a beautiful formal layout of a garden space with a fountain. While they had a gentleman from the USA help design the layout, it simply says anything is possible. You have a green thumb and will create a beautiful space

I'd leave the buckwheat alone because it's doing such a great job attracting pollinators to your gardens. But it's also providing a bunch of food for your honey bees as well. Imagine how plentiful your bees food source is going to be for the winter months. They'll definitely have plenty to last them.
