@@keepingitrealandtruthful.5081 NO. SHE DID NOT. THE OTHER SISTERS HAVE SAID SO. TWINKIE WAS THE CREATIVE ENGINE THAT DROVE THE SHIP. TWINKIE COULD READ/WRITE MUSIC AND PLAY THE ORGAN/PIANO. THE OTHERS COULDN'T. SHE'S THE ONLY ONE WITH A FORMAL MUSIC EDUCATION. MATTIE TOOK HER ON THE ROAD TO CHURCHES ALL OVER THE COUNTRY. SHE HAD TO REHEARSE CHOIRS, WRITE SONGS FOR THE GROUP AND THEN GO TO THE STUDIO. SHE HAD NO SOCIAL LIFE. IT'S NOT A COINCIDENCE SHE WAS THE LAST TO MARRY AND HAVE CHILDREN.

@@lexgraham2118 I guess you don't know that Dr Clark was known for long rehearsals Lol. Now all of that information you have put out most of us already know. A shame that Twinkie didn't complete her education at Howard university, the same university where Donald Vails and Richard Smallwood also attended. Another fun fact is that Donald Vails stayed in Dr Clark's house when he moved to Detriot.

@@lexgraham2118 Yes Dr Clark was a perfectionist, she wanted nothing but excellence from the choir and the band. When Twinkie got married and had son, she was practically free from her mom, but I guess looking back now that all of that hard work has paid off.

Jonathan I think you need to show all of these people that was at Sandra crouch funeral bring back to their remembrance Dr Mattie Moss Clark what she can do on such short notice and how she demanded a excellence that's above the bar!!!!!! Since everyone is mad at me for saying the music quality was not good please go back and show them Joyce Rogers memorial and how the choir song under the direction of Myron Williams and they only had one rehearsal and how they sound. And how this choir sound they only had 30 or 40 minutes to an hour to learn 3 or 4 songs in the morning so they could sing late at night 3 or 4 selections this is what happened when you have a director or music president that demands excellence peace in the words of Dr Mattie Moss Clark I know I got that right 👍👍👍👍

It just bothers me to see the clergy sit there and show no expression, no worship, and no adoration to the Lord when the ministry of music is going forth. Do they realize that their apathetic attitude can hinder the flow of the Spirit of God? If you're not going to show forth the praises of God, stay at home!! I commend Karen and Dr. CLARK for not paying attention to their faces. This discouraging attitude took place back then, and it's still prevalent in the churches today. God help all of us.❤😊❤❤
