I was taught 40+ years ago: "First finger Field, seCond finger Current, thuMb for Motion" (with emphasis, when you say it, placed on the capitalized letters). I was also taught "Dynamos dexter, motors drive on the left" to remember which of Fleming's rules to apply for dynamos and motors. But that obviously works only in places like the UK, where people drive on the left. And a knowledge of the Latin word dexter, meaning right...

At 0:42, the statement that the field interaction is responsible for the force is wrong. The force is a fundamental, and simple, force on charges moving in a magnetic field called the Lorenz force. There is no magic about the way fields interact that produce forces. The field lines are just indicators of the forces felt by other matter.
