15:42 In hindsight Hans, since Noggano still didn't have sappers maybe spamming S-mine patches here and there frequently may of been a solid course of action. Force him to spend manpower on sappers whilst dealing with the MP bleed from double snipers. Although I'd understand not doing so because you don't want him finding teller mines until its too late for later on

Okay, I'm not that good at the game nor understanding it's meta, though for the life of me, I don't get why this Commander is so strong.. I mean 2, potentially 3 of the abilities are rarely to never, being used, Ostruppen don't strike me as very strong either.. So why is it played? Is it because of the infantry numbers? Plz someone explain.. Sorry in advance for the long comment.. 😊

Disclaimer I too am new to the game: Look at the early game map control and look at the manpower advantage he had. he was able to afford 3 OPstroopen 1 sniper and two 222 scout cars. (also tech up to tier one and build the infantry building and a bunker). The other guy had like 4 sections. Remember Opstroope don't require build time in this patch meaning they just come straight it without any loss of map preasense.

No only numbers but they are cheap to maintain and late game with the mg42 upgrade they are still relevant. Is insane, like mechanized commander from the USF.

only useful in 1v1 and maybe to an extent 2v2. But 3v3 and 4v4 ostruppen don't work. It gives you a lot of early game map control since you can call it in instead of building it. Cooldown is fast, but is going to be nerfed next patch I heard. More early game troops, more map control

Did that 222 die because the rear armour is weaker than the front so when it tried to run away it took more damage from the rifles and MG? Cos in the first few engagements when he has the front armor facing the enemy they seem almoat bulletproof. Then they get swarmed in the base and die so fast

That might be true but in general 222's armor are weak even against small arms fire (and section's rifle are crazy strong), since at the start the sections are being spread out by the 222s and are not able to focus fire, the 222s took less damage. In theory a few sections in green cover would win against a stationary 222

tank traps are commander specific. the heaviest tanks can still crush them though
