I think they are designed to combo up with the footguards stun

@@tightropetwo That's a 225 muni package that ends up actually making the loiter weaker, since you won't get hit with more than one rocket unless you're actively moving along the path of the strafe. Not to mention that I've seen it completely miss engine-critted Tigers if they took a slight detour. The loiter's really, really bad.
