looks like Coheed likes Tolkien. the upper armories of the third deep were locations that housed legendary weapons and armor of the dwarves of Moria,including an axe made entirely of mithril named Zigilburk

However this video/version of this song has like a hybrid version of both. So some sections are the Upper Armories lyrics and others are In Keeping Secrets. (However I believe he does say "The Lonely Children" instead of the Restless) Just google it. KZbin won't let me post a link. I googled "The Upper Armories of the Third Deep lyrics"
