My wife and i where talking about this show with our soon and i am so happy you posted this. We were at this show and it was so amazing .. long delay while one storm passed. There was a gap between the two lightning storms . Coheed came out and let everyone know they are going to not take any breaks or talk between songs and not playing an encore because of the incoming storm, i am pretty sure they through out the set list and played their most popular tour songs. The energy in the crowd was .. for a lack of a better term.. electric.

When that lightning started getting close, I would've been making my way tward the back/exit. If a bolt did hit close there might have been a panic. I had a healthy fear of large crowds scince the Astroworld disaster.

I believe so. It's been so long now. It was in Kalamazoo and there was a massive storm, but I don't know who stopped it.

They had to stop it because of saftey concerns and liability issues. They didn't want a repeat of the 2011 Indiana State Fair disaster.
