I have been using Viper coil cleaner for 2 years, and this stuff most definitely works.

That's awesome, but I imagine that takes a long time. If you are doing a preventative maintenance do you take the time to do this? This process looks like it could take an hour just in and of itself!

This may be a silly question, but could you use steam instead of water after using viper and a vacuum if it's a hard to reach coil?

How long does that typically take?

HVAC Techs.. listen up! THIS is how you clean coils. You don’t just spray coil cleaner on and immediately wipe it off with paper towels, leaving behind black clumps between the fins and charge $170! A news crew should do a hidden camera investigation into what you get away with. Shameful.

Who the heck would built an ac unit inside the house. All the ac unit I see is built outside.
