Thank you Jeff for your support and business!!! Another client and friend who brought his SL500 to me from out of town. His ABC was actually in good condition. But he knew inevitably, that it will fail. To a sound the inconvenience, he decided to have ABC removed permanently. I installed Silver’s Neomax Adjustable Coilovers. He couldn’t be happier!

This man know his stuff. Followed his instructions verbatim. My SL500 has new life with the coil overs and minus 250lbs!. I might be able to knock off another 250lbs with a couple of 32 pound Recaro's and custom made rails. What do ya think Brandon?

I think you have made an excellent decision! Continue to customize your car to your liking. I’m glad my videos have helped and assisted you. Thank you for the respect. Recaro seats in the SL, huh? That would be quite the change. How would you handle the SRS light? Would you keep the under seat modules installed, just disconnect from the seats? Maybe install SRS trick plugs?

Imagine losing another 250lbs!! I already picked up the SRS light when I changed my steering wheel to a black one. Maybe snip the wire that goes to the bulb behind the dash pod, or pull the bulb if at all possible, or the trick plugs as you say. I'm posted a test run with the neo-max on my youtube site. Thank you for watching! I understand the purpose of swaybars, regarding stability in the roughest of driving conditions. They enable the car to counterbalance harsh roads and car lift. The SL is a low profile, heavy vehicle with limited suspension travel once the coil overs are installed. The original ABC struts have much more travel than aftermarket adjustable coilover suspension, increasing the likelihood of unstable lift. Silvers Neomax has shorter suspension travel, as well as adjustable dampening which provides the needed adaptive capability. Thus resulting in better stability and predictable handling. Safely handles imperfections in the road under normal and aggressive driving conditions. If the car was been used for the track, then I would recommend swaybars. Those are extreme driving conditions requiring the most safety and performance design as possible. These are fine without swaybars for every day driving.
