Hi Evelyne, welcome😀! African threading does not necessarily grow your hair from the scalp. It’s a heatless method of stretching hair which can help you avoid heat damage and breakage, and it’s also a protective style. Both of these benefits help you retain the length of hair you have already grown. As you know breakage is a major reason natural hair doesn’t reach long lengths😍 hope this helps.

Amy Osbon great question 🤔! How short is you natural hair? I used to do African threading on my short hair and would add a pony or Marley braid to complete the style 🤪.
