You prepared an anode on copper current collector then why you placed your anode material on positive side of cell and lithium metal as cathode in the negative base side of the cell??

In a half cell with lithium, the lithium is always the "anode" and thus the negative side of the coin cell. The anode material being tested is the "cathode" of the half cell because its potential is always higher than that of lithium.
