Hi Gautam. Yeah, I would just buy the LAND as that is the NFT type that you can customise. Its more unique. Although, if LAND takes off, MANA will also become sought after to generate said LAND.

So LAND is an ERC721 non-fungible token that you can unlock with MANA. MANA is the ERC20 utility token that fuels the decentraland ecosystem. LAND parcels are all different and unique. MANA are homogenous and all the same. Hope that clears it up? 😊

Thanks Guy, Love your analyses - they are filling a void similar to 'Charles reviews' but with better production (sorry Charles) I like the idea of digital land, but there is a slight feeling that the project is trying to replicate the real estate market, creating a slightly inflated price for 'Land' by limiting the supply. It would probably be wise to investigate the project more thoroughly before making an ignorant comment, but where there is an emphasis on price speculation (over project and community development) the type of interest that is attracted is less long term.🤷‍♂️
