They are persons with dignity entitled to be respected, so have a little patience on them to illicit their truthful answers. Put in mind Quad hearing is held in aid of legislation. It is far different from court hearing to generate truth beyond reasonable doubt..

Si Cong Paduano din very temperamental and harsh in words and voice. He can not speak in modulation and HB always. He scare his resource persons by harassing them with his Contempt citation! Congressmen should remember that house hearing is not a court proceedings so Congressmen must be watchful by all means how to conduct themselves with courtesy talking to their witnesses. Pls try to control their temper.
