My chair arrived today and I assembled it with the help of this video. Thank you! So far the chair is very comfortable. The foam base is a bit hotter to sit on than the Aeron I'm used to but we'll see over the coming weeks. Amazing quality for the price (I paid £200 in the UK). Lightyears better than the chairs you get in Staples or Ikea or those awful gaming chairs.

My item arrived damaged with a large crack in the seat and another broken piece of white plastic that I’m unsure where it broke from. Please invest in better packaging. The box arrived with a large hole in it. I bought this chair through a Black Friday sale and now missed out on sales with other chairs. I’m very disappointed.

Well done video. I have a question, I see online a chair by Colamy that looks "identical" but the model is the XK. Is the XK a newer version of the Atlas or are they different in ways I can't seem to tell by looking at the product descriptions? Any information would help to make up my mind on which to buy. You need to invest in better packaging. A great quality chair that arrives damaged from rocking around the internal box in shipping. Edit (1 week later): Your replacement chair you sent works very well! Thank you for sending a replacement back swiftly!
