Colas Rail Freight class 37 diesel loco No. 37421 thrashes out of York after a driver change en route from Derby to Heaton on 12th December 2015. It is later shown passing through Newcastle Central in snowy weather conditions.

Crikey, that didn't half take off. Good catch. As I learned this evening at Brookwood, you can hear 37s from a kilometer out when they're at full power and the area is quiet... The sound of power!

Cracking vid Allan. Nothing like a 37 thrashing from a standstill. Once watched one drag dead Bone from Rugeley TV towards Bescot. The driver was a bit pissed off and I could hear it all the way to Hednesford! Happy days!
