Thanks a lot for the update. This seems like something I would be interested in pending the houses will be well built. I do like those at Colbeck Manor build by Kemtek. Does Colbeck Manor have any more phases under construction?

You are most welcome sir, no they don't but trust me in short order they will because those sold like hot bread, the ones at colbeck castle will be similar in style so I think they will be a good starter home, just get yourself ready my brother.

Yes that would be great because not everyone can afford the houses when I went to the sensitization meeting they said no lots will be available in phase 1 and 2 so maybe lots will be selling in phase 3

No NHT will announce it when the properties are ready to be sold. However I think it will be right around the housing prices in that area which is about 14 to 15 mil Mayne 13.8 Lowest price
