I went to view these houses on Saturday and I fell in love! They are beautiful and designed with care and respect for buyers money. I don’t think they will be worth the increase though - especially based on the location

Hi, that's correct. Porcelain Tiles are used in the three property types. I like the look of the large cut/size instead of the smaller tiles.

Hi, for phase 2 The Citadel announced for J13.5Mil however sold for $15.3Mil incl of escalation and closing cost. With phase 3 be open to the possibility of price being higher as subject to escalation. Thanks for watching
