I can hear your passion and I completely understand. So many persons especially young people getting rejected when they apply for NHT Scheme Units so the NHT knows there is high demand for housing. Why are they sitting on the land? Maybe it’s to profit? Or to allow their “friends” (Kemtek) to complete their scheme phases before they do anything? It’s a disgrace.

I don't believe it's going to waste... The developers probably failed, NHT would need to give the work to another developer... Legal actions take time it's deeper than just the surface

When I said going to waste I mean the infrastructure is there not being used and it decreases in quality each day that passes example the road, the drain system etc. Going two years without being used is a waste in my opinion but as I said they are working again and I am happy

If you guys think you can just take a contract from one developer and give to another at a snap of a finger you need to wake up... Legal contracts cannot just be changed over night it's a process
