Its already sold out for phase 1 and 2... prices were between 13.5 mil to 18 mil depending on the unit you choose. I have videos up on the units on the channel that you can check out. All the best

No it is not. It is a new development in Old Harbour. They are working on phases 1 and 2 now. Phase 3 scheduled to come on board later this year. You can check out my past updates on this development on the channel. All the best

They’re saying phase 3 will go on sale in June they said, I think those will be completed in 2022

Yes I do think once they make the grant announcement that the project will be completed within 18 months or less (depending on the number of units, occurrences of nature etc). All the best
