I'm sure if they were qualified enough to be hired on such a big show they would be able to find other projects to work on. Unemployment makes it sound like they're going to be living on coupons and food banks. Also not a fan of her stunt with the equal pay nonsense. She was second billing because she was not the main character, but said it was because she's female and got it bumped up.

Yeah that's kind of the issue right there. Season 6, as much as I love Robin Wright just didn't feel like house of cards. You want to end Kevin Spacey's contract, sure. But can we at least wait a court rulling before he is fired?

@@razgaros I don't think the issue was not waiting for a court ruling or anything. It would've been wrong to continue hiring him and paying him during that time, when he was under investigation. HoC season 6 SUCKED, and while Spacey not being in it did play a part, the main issue was really the shitty plotline and scripts. Even Spacey couldn't have done a good job with the crappy material of the last season. They should've wrote better scripts, is all. The other cast members, Robin Wright included, could have easily carried the show to a great ending, but they were never given the chance imo.

If Chelsea Handler had a soft spoken, poised and measured doppelganger, that'd be her. Also, I think she's brave for stepping up to save those 2500 jobs on House of Cards. 2500 families are probably grateful she did.
