Maybe it's just me, but in this interview she seemed a little more subdued than her usual high energy, loud, and vivacious demeanor. I wonder if it has anything to do with not wanting to agitate the baby.

I love Jennifer Lawrence. It was really sad to see the public turn its back on her a few years ago just because they got tired of her persona. I’m so happy she’s back making movies in Hollywood, she’s so beautiful and down to earth. Also happy for her to have a kiddo on the way.

@@Barec76 my kid spent summer shoeless, catching frogs and eating blueberries off backyard bushes,playing with baby chickens and catching garter snakes for her grandma, who is terrified of snakes. She is not neurotic or afraid, she's the first to welcme a new friend...she also has been the voice of reason in her peer group if someone was being a dubber or being hateful. Safety means keeping her alive, not sheltered, allowing exploration but not being careless...we all get 1 life(at a time...if you believe in reincarnation).

True, but I can definitely think of more offensive smells. I've toured rubber plants that made me physically ill, I HATE the smell of landfills, I've had dead mice in my walls that ruined every meal for weeks, and I've had the unfortunate experience of being downwind of an actual tire fire, and i live with a colostomy. All of those experiences made my bag smell seem like a minor nuisance by comparison.

She's seems to be managing her energy much more efficiently, I think, now she is pregnant. A reasonable and necessary thing to do, of course, but the change in her demeanour is very striking. I like the fact that she's so vague about the trivia of the Colbert questionnaire - who cares, Stephen? It's a shame we don't get to remember anything about being inside our mothers' bodies - pregnancy is such an amazing physiological, emotional and spiritual journey. Best wishes for a smooth pregnancy and birth, and a happy, healthy mother and child (and dad too).
