Larnell comes from Ontario (Toronto area); so do I. My son studied drums at a local school. He met Larnell when Larnell was a guest at his class. Larnell is a wonderful human being.

When I was 14, I was all Jordison, Barker, and a lotta heavy drummers. As I grew up I started delving into Dominic Howard, Spears, Weckl, then eventually discovered Hiatus Kaiyote and Snarky Puppy. Every since then I've always based my drumming from Larnell Lewis. He's the drummer I aspire to be.
