You just have to work on yourself so you at least look somewhat better than average (don't be fat, have a little muscle tone, dress nice). At that point, most women will have had sex with someone uglier than you. So use that to boost your confidence. The more women you talk to, the more numbers you'll get. Just hit or miss. Gets way easier once you approach a few times. Just don't get hung up on a particular girl. Always be talking to and dating multiple women at once. That way when it doesn't work out with one, it's barely an inconvenience. You want a girl who wants you and makes it easy for you.

Being a guy, I only ever had luck with guys. When I was in High School no Girls are looking for anyone to be with, It was never like that in my high school where people are looking for someone. I met my first guy I confess too previously we been best friends then slowly became Boyfriends and still are.
