Fantastic. I'm trying to get an accounting business off the ground and this was brilliant. Thank you!

I loved the Cold call example. Great example given about how to turn around the send me an email objection to continue the conversation.

Noooo!!! Don’t go away from “have a great day, take care, bye!” 😢 I love how you ended your videos like that! I now use that to end all of my conversations with merchants. It eliminates the awkward goodbyes lol 😂 But awesome video, as always! I’ve been able to not only set appointments, but also close deals using your building blocks! I have yet been denied a meeting since first coming across your channel 2 weeks ago! I should’ve come across this 10 years ago! 😫

It is funny you say that because for some reason on this video I changed up the ending and I think I only did that on this one video and this video was a couple of years ago. Great to hear our tips are having immediate results with you!

Great work Michael! She really perked up when you switched to email... she seemed excited to get off the call! Great analysis!

Just curious on your opener when asking 'Have I caught you in the middle of anything's does that not provide them with an out? Why not lead in immediately with a question about how confident they are that they are saving money on their taxes?

I like the question you suggest. It is my preference to confirm that the prospect is not crazy busy by asking this question. It is also a very familiar and casual question which seems to make it extremely effective at decreasing the prospect's guard. Try it out. Or skip it and go straight to your question.

@@SalesScripter Thanks, I'll try both approaches. I've never phrased it exactly as you have so perhaps that is more effective in disarming and creating space for you to talk.
