I know this may seem counter-intuitive but hear me out: have a native regional speaker do the cold calling. From my experience in the tech field, offshore help has been an absolute unmitigated disaster, irrespective of country except for europeans for some reason ... Poor quality, poor communications, poor process control, poor adaptability to changing demands has been the irrefutable experience after over 20 years of Sisyphean effort . Vendor after vendor after vendor. The fact that big 5 consultants ever thought that offshoring complex skillsets was cost saving has probably cost umpteen billions in actual productivity and decades in advancement by trying to make a square peg fit a round hole over and over and over without understanding that both sides speaking a common language doesn't make them actually communicate. Things are lost in cultural translation that could be reduced but is consistently ignored and never corrected. Everyone loses by thinking apples are apples and ignoring the resulting data that apples are not really indeed oranges... I have no prescription for this dilemma, but ignoring it is not helping anyone find an answer to it. I have loved dealing with south asian techs that knew what they were doing, but they were invariably trained and educated in the US or EU - the rest...well...I'm sure they tried hard.

Can you please share cold call for logistics, please
@SalesScripter3 жыл бұрын
We have scripts for 3PL and logistics in our software SalesScripter www.salesscripter.com in our prewritten script folder. We have to have a cold call recording for logistics in order to create a video like this and we don't receive that type of cold call. If you have a call recording that you would like to share, we can create video like this

It's informative but the 70 to 80 years of experience isn't really realistic! could have been acceptable if you said 10 to 20 years. Does that make sense?

I appreciate the pitch, however, this is an ideal scenario when a person keeps talking to you for 3- 5 minutes. Sadly, that's not the case for most of the cold sales calls.
@SalesScripter4 ай бұрын
That is a valid point. You have to be able to open and establish the call in order to have a few questions to work with. We provide practical tips for opening and establishing cold calls in this video kzbin.info/www/bejne/kGOnoox-j7WBrM0si=EJ18b_WeyhGLKRxj

Another couple sociological points on the first example call, first off, he sounds very submissive and not coming forward with the confidence of someone who will help your business, or do the initial research to make one potential claim for how they are now lacking or vulnerable. Also, never say "to be honest" or anything like it. bringing up implies dishonesty, already putting people off. You should always be direct and honest, even if it pisses people off. Then you never have to say "to be honest" or "honestly speaking", "frankly", or the worst, "hey, i'll level with you". These all imply you are full of it the rest of the time at best, and sound weak as hell. Don't be stumbling, mumbling Hugh Grant to get the girl, be Captain Kirk and get her to come to you, despite your objections.
