I can't believe we're in 2024 and still need cold calling to source leads. Madness. Marketing departments exist for a reason and should source MQL's to the sales (SDR) department to qualify for the sales team. In a perfect world. Hopefully in the next 2-3 years.

I like to make calls standing up and staring ahead (sometimes at a mirror). Being seated on a chair looking at a screen or a sheet with phone numbers on it is an easy way to get zoned out, bored, or depressed about the dials.
