I have always loved this song. This song/video was from 1978, five years after they formed. Jimmy was born in 1956, Ian was born in 1955, Don Walker (on keys) in 1951, Phil (bass) and Steve on drums was born in 1954. They produced their first record in 1978. Bow River performed at the Ringside concert was in 2003. I’ve got tickets to see Chisel in October 2024. Can’t wait.

i have always referred to Jimmy and Mossy as a velvet sledgehammer Mossy with his smooth velvety voice then Jimmy comes in and blows you away with that sledgehammer voice of his there is a song they did called Plaza that rolls into One Long Day that is just sublime that you need to hear

From their first album I think, no doubt someone will correct me. They are both fine singers, the blend beautifully. Saw mossy live earlier this year, still got it.

That was great! I've listened to a lot of Chisel in my life but i hadn't seen that performance before. One of my favourite Chisel songs and yes Ian Moss is brilliant. Great voice and his guitar playing is next level. He never overplays his hand. One of the things i love about this band is when Mossy starts songs and Jimmy finishes them...there is nothing better. In that vein, i suggest the song "Janelle".

You’ll have to come to Australia. Cold chisel are reforming for a series of concerts. The Adelaide gig is prob the best one as Crowded House is the support act

The party's over - I can't afford patreon, but it's one of my favourite Cold Chisel songs. I think the live version is from swingshift concert. I'll try to find it and I will correct if I'm wrong

The first song Don wrote originally called Let me not forget me. Don was around 17
