Kew Gardens has been on my bucket list for years, long before my fascination with orchids. I live close to Longwood Gardens in the states however, so I get there several times a year. Not quite the same! But it will have to suffice for now! Until I hit the lottery?!! Anyway, thanks so much for another great diversion!

I caught a four hour train to London, then booked in a hotel and caught an hour’s ferry to Kew, only to find the main glasshouse was closed for the day! Still had a great day though. Amazing place. Great video, thanks.

I heard : "They are watered all year long to be honest, just a little less in winter".... Then I thought : so THAT'S the secret, don't do what everyone tells you to do with your coelogynes.

Well, this isn't the first time I've heard this advice and I used to always keep my coelogynes damp in winter and it worked well for me. No idea why I stopped but I will be going back to that system again immediately.
