MATERIALS
500 grams of fresh kadayif
250 grams of butter
200 grams coarsely crushed hazelnuts
FOR SHERBET;
4 cups granulated sugar
1 liter milk
1 packet of vanilla
1 pack of milk cream

100 grams of chocolate powder
50 grams of pistachio powder (you can also use coconut)
FABRICATION;
We take the milk in the pot, pour the cream on it, then add the powdered sugar, boil it for 15 minutes, and then add the vanilla. And we let it cool. We spread butter on the tray, lay the kadayıf and sprinkle the hazelnuts on it. We pour kadayif again and melt the oil on the top and pour it. We add chocolate powder and pistachios for decoration. We put it in the oven, which we preheated to 180 degrees. After 40 minutes of cooking, we combine the kadayif hot milk sherbet at room temperature and serve it after it has cooled.
