Hey, do you recommend 150mm or 165mm Paris V3 trucks with the Trip? What are the pros and cons?
@bartek...9 ай бұрын
ATM I got Caliber III 158mm and they fit well. Before I had paris v3 165mm. Both RPK. Both great. On Pranyama I had paris street 150mm, and they where loosing stability at speed 30km/h. With smaller tracks it's easier to avoid accidental wheel kick, but you need to take into account wheel bite. Second factor is stability. Wider track are more stable. RPK more stable, Street trucks more curvy.

Hi Bartek! Nice movie. What wheels do you use for such weather conditions (snow, wet)? My McFlys are slippery.

Speed vents. They are slippery as hell. Let me know if you will find something for riding in the wet.

@@bartek... wrote a response comment but it somehow did not appear here. Maybe because of the link. Some guys say the new Aqua Hawgs should be fine, I haven't tested them yet.

There is few options I seen here and there. I think I can do something like those wheels myself.

I think you should go check out harfag wheels. It's a wheel manufacturer in canada. They have a bunch of wheels which they make for more reliable riding in the rain. They basically take an existing wheel(e.g caguama orangatang, seismic speed vents) and they add different traction patterns for improved traction in the rain.
