There is nothing like a good stew when you are winter camping, and this one was just what the gang needed for a bit of classic Roothy Bush Cooking. We had a shed load of vegetables so I piled them in along with my usual dosage of hoit stuff to give it a kick.
The Top End Camp Gear Kitchen has been in Milo 2 now for a while and I have to say that I am really starting to enjoy using it. The fact that pretty much everything I need can be packed away into it is awesome, and the build quality if terrific. Hey Roothy pull the gas taps out of your stove and and give them a good clean to get the factory grease out of them and re install you will be amazed at how low you will be able to get the flame

Hey Roothy why don't you build some custom headers that wrap around a 'hot box/cooker' & wire up a dashboard temp gauge & timer, so you could do some proper exhaust pipe cooking while your driving?

I cooked this tonight roothy! I added 2 tablespoons raw sugar, as panang needs that sweet crossover, and some lime leaves. bloody beautiful !!!! great recipe !

The slide out kitchen looks great, you could rig up a platform over this and the fridge so you could have more storage without unloading each time if that helps good to see you on the you tube again cheers

Roothy, the thing about curries is that while they generally taste great after it's cooked, it gets better and heaps more flavoursome if you put some aside and let it.... "brew" overnight.... Looks fantastic and I bet it tasted divine too. Perfect to go with some crusty bread or if you wanna be a bit more fancy, some roti. Nothing beats a nice hot curry on a freezing winter's day/night.
