This Channel is underrated, I am keeping my options open if I need to try sales and I was fearful of being on the phones (I was on the phones earlier in life) but this has opened my eyes that there’s nothing to be fearful of and I find it to be quite funny. It’s eye opening like don’t take it personal and that it will happen and you will be able to live through it. Thankful for your channel!

To be fair, at a certain point they aren't worth the call-time. I'd definitely recommend a different approach in this case, though - open-ended questions to get the conversation going first perhaps. But epic sales rep that just keep going, either way. I respect the balls of steel.

Cringe… Guaranteed the conversation would have gone differently if: A) rep didn’t throw how’s it going? No pleasantries people, get to the point. B) introduced himself (first name, last name company) C) pause! Don’t say a damn thing until the prospect responds. It is so powerful. D) everything after that should be about them! None of this “I just wanted to tell you about my company” crap. E) make it relevant. Do your homework ahead of time.

I have never been told to F off in the 10 years of b2b sales. C levels don’t use this language, even when they’re not interested. B2C however….
