Billy from street racing channel has his big block apart dealing with leaks as well. I'm not the fan of a big block. It's kind of like two stroke versus four stroke. I like to hear revs. The only whining you'll hear from me is my motor.😂 If I ever get it finished. Everyday I look forward to your videos John thank you much my man be safe. Use a little of 1500 grit sand paper under the intake where the china rails are and then clean it off. This will prevent the gasket sealer from leaking and it will help make it seal properly. I have always had big block chevy and big block Mopar and big block Oldsmobile too

On my bbc i ended cutting a small receiver groove in the front and rear of the intake so that the silicone would go into the groove and never had a front or rear intake leak again

I've never had a powerglide that didn't rock in neutral and park as well.. they all do it!

@@wallygator5479 yours must not have a trans brake valve body in it then or your band is so loose it's useless.. I've owned at least a dozen of them over the last 20 years including 2 from pretty much the biggest name in powerglides and every single one did it .

It does have a brake in it and the band is adjusted properly they are all different that's all I'm saying no big deal

Have you observed how little Randy gets to run his car with the FORD motor? It’s ALWAYS down. And I’m a Ford guy. I got over guys running other motors in Mustang race cars. It’s a RACE car bud not a show or street car. It just doesn’t matter what brand is on the engine in a race car. Bang for the buck is the name of the game.
