Cold starting Class 66 Rush Rail T66713 in Mora 28-7-2016

On 28-7-2016 the Class 66 nr T66713 from Rush Rail gets a cold start in Mora.

Only class 66 I’ve heard of are the Freightliner, EWS, GreatBritishrailFreight, they’re all the UK version. Is this by any chance america?

I'm not sure where it originated from, but I'm sure it is a class 66 and it was driving in Sweden :)

it wasn't a cold startup. It was normal startup

It had been sitting there for 24 hours, so that would define cold to me :)

@@trainsandtrucks Many locomotives sit in one place for 24 hrs. I think the loco pilot must have parked it there on 27-7-2016 for the next day (28-7-2016) duty.

No not always... If the "DRRRAAAAAAAAAG" sound that comes while starting the EMD engine stammers everywhere, then it is a cold start. If less stammers are there, then it is a normal warm start. If not even a single stammer is there, then it is a very hot 🔥 start. Locomotives rest "SHUT UP" for TONS of Hours, that is, for 2-3 days (48-72 hrs) in one single place, mainly in loco yards.
