Can you rotate the belt clip 90 degrees?

I was looking at the Cold Steel Counter Tac II, the SOG Pentagon Mini, and the Gerber Guardian Backup. Any thoughts about the pros and cons of each? The Cold Steel Counter Tac II seems to have a safer, more secure finger guard than the other two.

Double daggers are meant to be used as a secondary/backup blade. All spec ops carry them in their boot. Main tactical blade should be a single edge no less then 5 inches for reach.
