Cold Steel Voyager disassemble, clean, and maintenance

Very minor gritty feeling when opening knife for the first inch or so. Decided to take apart knife , clean and inspect. The gritty feeling ended up being the lock bar rubbing slightly on the blade stop pin. Pretty easily remedied by sanding and polishing surfaces.

have the Tanto version, and tbh couldn't be happier with it .. holds great edge , very sturdy .. easy to work on and not silly expensive

I have the same issue with mine, and going to forego any disassembly, and allow the working in of the blade to remedy itself, which is what it's designed to do.

I got some dirt or crumbs in mine at the pivot and now I gotta take it apart.. dam OCD

I bought the 5.5 and now ordered a 4in but I'm worried it will be too small.
