Keep at it Rodney. I’m sure getting over an addiction is very, very tough. I can’t even imagine. It’ll be worth it. I don’t need to tell you that cigarettes are not our friend, to say the least. Rooting for you. In response to the overthinking, I’m doing a lot of that at the minute. It’s not connected to withdrawals, but it’s happening, and it’s wrecking my head haha. I say I’m going to do this and that to get my mind off it, but I end up of doing what I was going to do 🤦🏼‍♀️

@@HeresRoddersVlogs no problem. I’m actually catching up on some of your videos at the minute. I may not see them right when they are uploaded, but just know that they will be watched. I’m still much the same but I’m trying to get in the mindset that the past is in the past and I can’t change it so just try and make the best of things as they are 🙂
