Not S tier, and I think that Chaos Return has a lot of the same strengths that Monarchs have but is in some ways better (Return being easier to pay for than Stein, for example). Monarchs are still massively slept on, though. I wouldn't be surprised to see them come back and win some more tournaments.

I tried playing this deck for 7 games and drew all monsters basically every game. I think the concept is cool though, I have a similar last will monarch deck that plays decree, creature swap, goat, meta, and econ where the core monsters are the same

@@_Tizoc_ E con is not "flexible" in any sense. First, it requires you to tribute a monster making it unusable without scapegoat. Scapegoat is already bad in Cold Wave monarchs considering the lack of metamorphosis. Second, you can only take control of face up monsters. There are numerous times I was unable to take an opposing f/d because Brain Control can only take up face ups and you want to use E con?

the thing about goat lists that kinda bugs me a bit is that no one ever really posts their fusion decks, like, i get that there's not many good fusions overall, but some good target ideas for cyber stein would be helpful, i know that oz is a target for sure, but what else would be good outside of warrior from another planet? any tips on targets and ratios would be appreciated

Nobody posts it because there is no limit so you can literally play every single fusion in the format if you wanted to. But I will post a pretty standard Goat fusion list for you. Lv 1: 3x Thousand Eyes Restrict (Duh) Lv 2: None Lv 3: Dragoness The Wicked Knight, Flame Ghost Lv 4: Darkfire Dragon Lv5: Giltia The Dark Knight, 2x Dark Balter The Terrible, Fiend Skull Dragon, Reaper on the Nightmare Lv 6: 3x Ryu Senshi, Dark Blade the Dragon Knight, Flare Knight, Ojama King, Roaring Ocean Snake Lv 7: King Dragun, The Last Warrior From Another Planet, Twin-Headed Thunder Dragon LV 8: Gatling Dragon Lv 9: Master of Oz This is what I play and this is basically all the fusions worth using in the format. Hope it helps.

I would recommend adding just a tiny bit of spacing between the cards, and a larger gap between main and side. Deck list was kinda hard to look at. Keep up the good work ❤

also I have spicy side deck ideas that are prolly too much but asura priest big bang shot. Most people dont know if i equip to their monster set reaper or something they take the damage and they have to see if its worth attacking because I could just otk next turn and if they remove big bang their monster goes with it. so many ideas for this deck

I’ve been working on this deck, the biggest thing I see missing from everyone’s list is apprentice magician. You go into magician of faith, your turn play cold wave, recover cold wave, tribute faith off. He mentions it but it’s rare you faith will live a turn without apprentice. Plus appreciate can into apprentice, next turn cold wave, summon breaker, pop 1, flip apprentice, pop another.
