Bay Area girl with island blood so I get cold easily too. My Buell 4/3 hooded with boots and gloves keeps me toasty all year round. Oh yes, the seaweed and the animals too. I feel so tough after watching your video. 😝💪🏽 Glad you had fun.

Good to see you in Northern California. If you drive 6 or 7 hours north of Santa Cruz you can come check us out up here in Humboldt County. I wanted to share a Buell wetsuit experience. I surf pretty much everyday and the water is always cold. I usually shred my wetsuit in several months. If it's an Xcel I have holes going in about 3 months. I have to say the Buell wetsuit I bought at The Surf Shop in Arcata California is hands down the most durable suit I've ever owned. I'm a huge fan and supporter of Tina & JOB, but I'm not sugar coating thus product review. I've NEVER, in the 30 years of surfing, have ever owned a wetsuit as durable and long lasting as the Buell suit I currently own. I would of definitely had to buy a new wetsuit by now if it was an Excel, Billabong or even an O'Neil, which for me personally have been extremely durable as well. If you're looking for suit that's durable and is going to last I highly recommend the Buell product line. All this said though there is one BIG hangup with the Buell product line. It's the seams. Compare the Buell seams to other wetsuit lines. Buell reinforces the seams with and extra thick layer of some sort of petroleum type product. This extra layer is what strengthens the seams and makes the suits so durable, but the downside is I have very sensitive skin and unfortunately I broke out in a rash all over my body when I first wore the Buell suit. I guess I'm allergic to this "neoprene" or whatever they use for the thick seams. I posted on Ben Gravey's vlog that I loved the durability of the Buell suit, but couldn't handle the rash. After using the Buell suit multiple times my rash ended up disappearing and now I'm pretty much rash free except my right shin for some reason. I'm so impressed with the Buell wetsuit durability that I plan on sticking with the brand now, but I would love for Buell product team to look into this rash issue and come up with a way to fix it. I'm thinking a 2nd layer over the seams on the inside of the suit that is hypoallergenic and doesn't create rashes for people with sensitive skin. If Buell can fix this problem I will be a customer for life and will say hands down Buell makes the best most long lasting wetsuits in the industry. PLEASE Tina have the Buell team read this message. I'd love to see them work on this to improve their product line. I'm willing to test any new product designs addressing this issue. You have my home address etc. from products we purchased through the JOB website. Hey Tina, all you need is one plastic Grocery Store bag.. put it over each foot & each hand and then Yank It Off. This will also prolong the life of the wetsuit by not yanking and pulling on dry seems. Also you got a surf nakie girl😘 under that wetsuit that Lycra bathing suit is just hindering the neoprene and not letting it do its job to its maximum potential.❤ Tell rockhold I got his 7% right here bro LOL Born and raised Eastside Santa Cruz for life👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

Tina Cohen they are all over that part of the state. A little south of Monterey there is a otter cove. You can kayak or SUP in a protected cove. They are everywhere. ( depending on the time of year). JOB. Looked a little over it already . Try to keep that guy down a few weeks for full recovery. 🤟

FYI = They had freeze warnings in parts of coastal north central California this morning (in April). So anyone thinking Ca. is warm and planning a beach trip needs to rethink it. The best time to visit is late Summer or Early Fall down in Southern California if you want to get in the water. The water will get up into the 70s in S. California in late Summer. Northern California's water stays cold all Summer. I froze in Southern California in Spring wearing a 3/2 with water temps in the upper 50s. To me that's extremely cold. Our water here in Florida never gets colder than mid to upper 60s in the Winter and the water temp is over 80 degrees for about 6 months. BUT California has a lot better waves than Florida, but I'll take the warm water any day of the week. Love the video. Hope Jamie's knee is doing okay.
