Parei de treinar no início do ano e um dos motivos foi porque acabei pegando 2 lesões: uma no pé e outra no joelho, nunca mais voltaram ao normal... isso me deixou com receio de treinar/rolar. Não tenho plano de saúde, então fica mais complicado, ainda. Quem sabe mais pra frente, até lá vou ficar na musculação

@@Themobamb It definitely matters. If you stay in any physical sport until your 57 competing against the best in the world, you will lose. Thats why most dont do it. They dont have the balls or the drive. You will be old one day (if you are lucky) and you'll understand and fucking wish you were in the shape this guys in when you are 57.

It's funny and perhaps I am wrong, but I would have told Cole, "NO knee on belly, give him a tough time for a couple of minutes and then ceremoniously, in a way that any skilled observer would know, allow him to submit you out of respect and it is what it is". But that's just me. GREAT job nonetheless.
