Cole is great athlete for a big man but stalled until Mocco was pressed to try anything. I'm a high from long Island and you never wanted to be in a open with Mocco. He was known for doing judo I believe

@@TJ_Gonser Gable is not in the convo YET. But in terms of Snyder and being at a strength and size disadvantage, that's nothing new to him. Adam Coon was giant, Nick Gwizdowski was much larger combined with being a very agile heavyweight, and even Connor Medbery was a large/athletic heavyweight.

After watching this I gotta say that I think Mocco was the better wrestler in the 3rd period and overtimes. There should have been atleast 1 stall warning in 3rd period. Wrestling officials can change matches, unfortunately. With that said, I see Snyder blowing by both of these guys. I'm not sure why someone doesn't think Snyder could shoot on Mocco. Snyder would force stalling and get takedowns.

I think these new heavies have a lot more weapons, and are more athletic, steveson, parris and kerklivt are on another level i think, these two are grizzly bear warriors, but not enough weapons IMO.

@@danpeiffer5048 Agree that today's wrestlers have way better access to technique and conditioning than in my day, or even Mocco's day. but what do you think a Mocco would do if he came up today? And what do you think Gable would do if he was working in the earlier era? I think that's the interesting question. A contemporary Mocco would be right up with this new crop of heavies IMO, although we'll never really know.

@@ChengManChing conditioning is irrelevant imo, iowa has been in shape since 1974......technique, it hasn't changed much for 99% of HWTS....i think steveson would win in any era, he's not a typical hwt, He can actually wrestle, hit shots etc..
