It may be a slip of tongue in hurry.Actually we need to make the final volume 10ml.we deduce our pilot reading from 10 ml and then the remaining ml water is to be added.Do correct it.what you understood is right.

Hello mam why you use 9.2 ml d/w ..?? Because if pilot reading was 1.8 so we cut that from 10ml like 10-1.8=8.2ml so we add 8.2d/w....but you say 9.2ml....why ??? All over video is very great and very helpful but I confuse in this point so please explain me....as soon as possible....

It's probably slip of tongue, you are right we do need 8.2 ml
