"Set aside Casting Gear for a BLU update in the future." No need for that if your main is going to be Pictomancer as Picto uses the same Casting set as Blue Mage does, so you'll be sharing the set between them when the Blue update comes. Also, I'd wait for Dawntrail as the Credeneum Gear will end up like the other augmented sets and be sold already augmented for poetics in the update. ;)

MSQ is probably going to take one class all the way to 100, so planning to use the wondrous tales on a second class to bump them to 91 (to run the first new dungeon).

Also re inventory cleanup: if u having trouble deciding what to keep, just vendor it. It will feel so much better not to have to worry about what to do with it.

I don't know if anyone already said it, but you can't pre-do the tribal quests for the new jobs. You can only turn them in as the job you took them in.

However, you can do a set between 2am PDT (launch) and 8am PDT (daily reset), and then do another set after reset. If you haven't maxed out rep, you can also prime it so that you rank up your reputation, which will allow you to do 3 more since ranking up gives you 3 new quests.

Just one thing about rested EXP that that chart has wrong. It actually takes 7 days to gain full rested, not 4. So you have to stop doing EXP gaining activities by daily reset TOMORROW.

Note: If you don't have access to a bunch of tier 3 FC buffs for 15% bomnus exp, instead stock up on Squadron Battle Manuals from your squadron missions. *BECAUSE THEY DO NOT STACK - ONLY THE MORE POWERFUL ONE TAKES AFFECT* Though you should actually have been stocking up on them for way longer than just this last week...

The best preparation is you not getting able to play July 2nd do you better have your snacks ready and a second screen open to watch other people play as you wait your turn to log in that day if you can get in that day hopefully you don’t get that error code keep in mind we also have Xbox players coming to ffxiv so the Que times are going to be wild

The MSQ by itself will get you to 91 before the level 91 dungeon. It's been like that for most expansions.

Got the glams, currency capped, leves ready, gear ready, inventory cleaned, Viper and picto UI macros ready, wondrous tails ready to turn in. PTO for the next 3 weeks, meal prepping this weekend, stocking my office fridge. These expansion launches as well as wow previously have always been some of my favourite events, can't wait to enjoy DT with all of you!

thanks for the video Cole, i appreciate it. I have hundreds of different squadron buffs; have over a thousand Aetherite tickets, and all old gear I get from dungeons, I sell to the NPCs or turn them in for GC seals. I have over a thousand venture tokens. My plan for leveling is my WT will be Pictomancer & all the challenge logs will be for my RDM which I tend to overdue & end up over-leveling my character. Since I created an alt on Kraken I wish I could transfer some of my buff, tickets, & gil from my RDM on Aether to my alt on Kraken. Hopefully, SE can make that happen one day.

People who want to use their free fantasia might want to travel to Dynamis to pick it up and then travel back home, so they don't have to queue twice. (Or just stay on Dynamis if they don't mind living the expac launch solo.)

There should absolutely be a new set of awards for bicolored gemstones because they released information that the cap is going up to 1500 instead of 1000. So I am assuming that we are going to be using by color gemstones again for the new expansion

If you’re leveling doing Bozja, don’t forget the Bozja earring because it gives you the haste buff also. Then change the earring out to level past what that qualifies for.

You can complete the normal basic sidequests on a job now and turn them in later on a different job.

only if you have speed buff and riding map to make fates fast, cause people kill it pretty fast and it works till 90 lvl for sure but then maybe it will not work well for exp after 90

4:30 tbh the new class will came with they own equipment so i don't feel like it a must have. Save your Wondrous Tailsfrom previous week for extra exp for the start. :D 9:50 never i would never clean my inv. your not my mom you don't pay my sub lmao xD

The starter gear will likely be worse than poetics. I got my poetics gear cause I was getting capped on them anyway, also melded it cause why not.
